The regular meeting of the Council of the Municipal
District of Kneehill was held at the Municipal Office in
Three Hills on Monday, March 7th, 1966 commencing at 9 A Psi

noted above

the Department of Highways to discuss the contingency grant
for cold mix paving and related matters and that a date of
March 30th be suggested for t'iis meeting Carried
Mr Danchuk stated that be has no definite information
yet regarding the 1966 grants that will be available He
also stated that he recommends hiring the asphalt mix delivered
to the site by an experienced company so as to be sure of the
right quan Sty and temperature, etc He also gave further
informatio regarding our 1965 grading, and paving project V'
stating th t the testing had not been up to the best standards
and that w should have more testing for final results in the
future Tie general results were good and the account was
r_assed P Danchuk was thanked for meeting with Council
and he then left the meeting.
Tyr Ted Paquette, Foreman had been present while the T PAQUETTE
paving project was discussed with Mr Danchuk and he remained
to discuss further matters He telephoned for information
and reported back to Council that a turbo - charger could be WAGRER
put on the Wagner from the South camp which is now at TURBOCHARGER
Edmonton t add approximately 25 horsepower using the same
pistons, t e cost would be $1,.000 00 to $1,200 00, when
the motor ieeds overhauling at a later date larger pistons
can be put in Mr Church moved that Council authorize
having the turbo - charger on the Wagner and the job be done
