This showed a net balance of +_.35,081 15 The final statement will reduce this by the total of the jece ber accounts to be paid. iir. Campbell moved adoption of this report. Carried Couacil was advised that a meeting re Crop Insurance is to be held at Acr_ie on ;Jed Jan 19/66 at 2 Pi I. All Councill rs, members of the A. S. B , and other officials are urged to attend, Councillors from D-?vs. 1, 2, 3,7, and eit T r 5 or 6 stated that they will Le able to attend. John Prins, Engineer of Haddin Davis and Brown, met with Council and discussed the Grantville water and sewer pr gram in detail, with special reference to the water co_nections (& in number) at the 45 degree angle He also zdvised that Borger Const is responsible for ., road repairs due o settlement and he sueg arrangements be made for quick repairs at the Dalry King Conner when same may be necessary. He advised that the whole jo should be completed between L. : march 15th to Apr weather ermitting I >,r. Deck, foreman of Borger Const., was coming in later to see Council so decisions were delayed. Council seemed agreed that this could not be justified at present No motions were made at this meeting in regard to the capital items subsistence Mr Peters moved that any Municipal official or spun empl employee be allowed $12 00 per day for subsistence if it is necessary to spend the night away from hose. Carried It was agreed that Leonard Litz and George Renpel Safety attend the Safety Clinic in Calgary (incl. First Aid) Clinic Jan 1 -22nd, and that each be given credit for 8 hrs - Calgary work or those date plus the subsistence allowance as Jan 17 -22 -,)er th above motion.
