Page 1 the Council of the P:. D of Knel office on Thursday, June 11/6 Councillors present were* Mr. A. H. Church Div 1 Mr Cliff Poole Div 2 Mr Ralph W. Campbell Div 7 The Three Hills School Division was not represented ar- eting Mr. Church moved that Council approve of the minutes of the es meeti g of May 8th and 25th/64 as per copy mailed to each member. Carri. d The Financial Statement for the month ending May 31st/64 Fina cial was p esented and discussed. This showed a net balance at the Stat ment end o the month of $65,166 22 as per copy with the minutes. Air Peter moved adoption of the monthly statement. Out of the stockpile at the River east of Trochu - $1.40 per cu yd. 2 Out of any other stockpiles - $1 00 per cu yd, plus the trucking from the location of the pit to the stockpile. 3 Direct from the crusher at any location - 10¢ less than the above prices, and he further moved that all ratepayers, towns and V111a es within this District be billed through this office for any c ushed gravel according to the above prices Carried. and t: follo, 100 c truck appea of th be re to Jo could cu yd agree as th Hazel Raffan his p has g rlann J south This Farm Pchse Credit Act hir Doug Hazelton of Linden Contractors met with Council e motion as above was explained to him and he agreed to it He stated that the Town of Trochu had paid Ehem for yds of gravel from the river east of Trochu and that Motz ng would pay direct to them He advised Council that there s to be a supply of gravel at the Kneehill Creek just east Bridge on No 21 Hwy He further advised that they will dy to move about June 16th and that they will then move n R Lane's to do some testing for this District They next work for the City of Drumheller to crush about 5000 or could go to the Nacmine pit to work for us. It was that the work for the City of Drumheller be done first t will fit into our time program a little better Doug on then left the meeting Mr George Raffan met briefly with Council in respect to oposed Motel east of Three Hills He stated that he now neral approval of Ryr R Smith of the Calgary Regional ng Commission for an area 2004 east -west and 2504 north - with a provision of a 504 service road along the south side as discussed briefly and he then left the meeting Mr Ken Taylor, Farm Credit Administrator, of the Provin- cial overnment, met with Council and discussed in detail the present provisions of the Farm Purchase Credit Act, The required forms for application, appraisals and other matters connected with this, were shown to Council and discussed briefly.
