1. Investigate the various locations in the Municipal

east side of the C.P.R. right -of -way in NE- 1929 -25-4 be cancelled
(that por ion lying within this Municipal District). Carried,
Also that permission be requested to permanently close that
portion of the road allowance between Sections 29 and 30-29 -25 -4
which lies south of the C.P.R. railway crossing. Carried.
Moved by Mr. Schmaltz that the Reeve and Secretary- -
Treasurer be authorized to have road bans effective as the
weather and road conditions require. Carried.
