report of the proceedings.

Adding Machine Co. be signed, providing for periodic inspection
and repair of Receipting Machine No. B- 121980 at annual fee of
$23.20. Carried.
Moved by Mr. Schmaltz that we protest to the Dept. of
Agriculture their action in refusing to pay under the Agricultural
Service Board agreements grant to Drumheller Agricultural Society
and costsi of films. Carried,
I Moved by Mr. Ohlhauser that the Garnishee Summons of
the District Court be accepted, and payment of $16,10 deducted
from wages due John P. Campbell, and paid into Court to satisfy
claim of Crown Lumber Co., Calgary, Alta. Carried.
Moved by Mr. Olson that the resignation of Fred Vickers
as Pound- keeper be accepted. Carried.

Moved by Mr. F. C. Petersen that the Reeve and Secretary
be authorized to sign the agreement providing for the

West j of L.S.D. No. 9, of Sec. 7 -29 -20-4: 20 acres
All of L.S.D. No. 10, of Sec. 7- 29 -20 -4: 40 "
Part of L.S.D. No. 15, of Sec. 7- 29 -20 -4: 39,8 It
from Andy Kralik and Mary Kralik, both of Nacmine, Alberta, for
a period; of twenty years from October 229 1952, and also providing
for the ;removal of gravel from the said lands during the said
period st cost of ten cents per cubic yard, Carried.
First reading given to By -Law No. 171 to authorize
above a reement, and moved by Mr. F. C. Petersen that same be
approved. Carried.
Second reading given to By -Law No. 171, and moved by
Mr. Campbell that same be approved. Carried.
Third reading given to By -Law No. 171, and moved by
Mr. Olson that same be approved, Carried,
Moved by Mr. Schmaltz that the Secretary- Treasurer
be inst cted to secure the services of a surveyor for the
Municip 1 District, Carried.
Moved by Mr. Olson that H. J. Gimbel, Road Foreman,
be instructed to erect snow -fence between the gravel pit on
7.29 -20 -4 and the road, and to have a "No Trespassing" sign
erected in the pit. Carried.
The Secretary- Treasurer was instructed to give the
Calgary General Hospital Board all necessary information
regardixg the land holdings of Alfred Ziegler, and to urge
the sai Hospital Board to collect the Paul Ziegler acct.
of 557.75 from Alfred Ziegler (father).
Moved by Mr. Schmaltz that correspondence be filed.

Mr. Jack Morrison, representative of Union Tractor
pment Co., Calgary, was present, and discussed the
emonstration of No 12 Caterpillar Motor Grader and
levating grader attachment.
Moved by Mr. Schmaltz that Mr. Ohlhauser, Mr. Petersen
Mr. H. Gimbel and Mr. Wm. Howell inspect the various machines
of the Municipal District, and report at next meeting of the
Council regarding their condition and repaid. Carried.
