The Secretary - Treasurer submitted an Estimate of the
Receipts and Expenditures for the year 1952, and it was moved by
Mr M Schmaltz that the said estimates be accepted and approved,
and a rate of Sixteen�/(16) mills for municipal purposes in 1952
be autholrized. Carried.
First reading given to By -Law No. 159; and moved. by
Mr. M. Schmaltz that same be passed, Carried„
Second reading given By -Law No. 159; and moved by
Mr. F. C. Petersen that same be passed Carried.

Mr, J. . Ohlhauser that same be passed. Carried.
Mr G G King, Asst. Sec. Treas. read a report of
Bridge spections recently made by Mr. Guest, Bridge Inspector
for Dep . of Public Works.
Moved by Mr. Ohlhauser that request be made to the
Department of Public Works for C.I.P. culverts at the following
locatio s:

appointed to the Board of Drumheller Health Unit No. 8.
Mr. J W Olson reported that the Drumheller Hospital
waived the hospital account of Mr. George Webber from
of his admittance until Mr. Webber became entitled to
and medical benefits from the Old Age Pensions Branch.
Moved by Mr. Ohlhauser that Council adjourn, Carried.
