The Council adjourned at 12.00 noon and re- assembled
.m. after the close of the annual ratepayers meeting.
The Secretary - Treasurer reported to the Council that
the office of Secretary- Treasurer of the Town of Three Hills is
vacant, and asked for permission for the staff to take on this
work. It was moved by Mr. J. A. Ohlhauser that this permission
be granted. Carried
It was moved by Mr. M. Schmaltz that thevlunicipal
Distric ask for a monthly rental of $25 00 from the Town of
Three Hills for use of municipal office and equipment. Carried.
moved by Mr. F C Petersen that the Council endorse
the pro osed. extension of the Rosebud Health Unit, and make
application to the Dept. of Public Health for the inclusion
of threE quarters of the Municipal District not now included
in the Irumheller Health Unit. Carried.
Messrs. Bert McCracken, Fred McCracken and I W.
McCracken and Goldsby McCracken and Dave Anderson interviewed
the Council on the matter of snow- plowing in their area.
Mr. J. A. Ohlhauser was instructed to make the necessary arrange-
ments.
It was moved by Mr. J W Olson that Serviceberry
iJunicip 1 District be requested to plow the north 2 miles of
the Rosebud road, as this municipal District plows the south
4 miles of the Beynon road. Carried.
