crop. C rried.
The Secretary - Treasurer read the resignation of
ivlr W D. Gentleman, Field Supervisor. ;Moved by i1r. J. A.
Ohlhauser that same be accepted. Carried. The Secretary
Treasurer was instructed to write a letter to 21r. Gentleman
conveying the appreciation of the Council for his services.

investi ate the matter of the caveat filed against the East
half of Sec 30- 29 -24 -4 to protect the A. D.'s payment of
4200.00 for telex Lyndham's hospital account. Carried.

The Council adjourned for dinner at 12.15 and
resumed business at 1 45 p m
A report of the Boake- Templeton pound dispute was
given b Mr. Parry and Mr. Schmaltz. The report showed that
Mr. Boa e claimed 11100.00 damages from 14r W A Templeton,
and that i4r Templeton has given a cheque for X100.00 to the
Municipal District, the same to be held until the Council is
able to make an award of damages. It was moved by i-Sr. J A.
Ohlhaus r that sir Boake be asked to furnish the M. D. with
the ani.al's registration number and description. Carried.
A report on the Thurn- Krenzler poured dispute was
given b5 Mr. Parry and iir. Ohlhauser. ivioved by i4r. J. A.
Ohlhaus r that an award of 40'50.00 be given ir. Tony Krenzler
and samE levied against Mr Ludwig Thurn, of Grainger, Alta

The Secretary - Treasurer reported that the James
L orquay Estate has now been allotted to the various benefic-
iaries, and that Receipt ho. 2803 is in error It was moved
by Ar A Ohlhauser that Receipt Pao. 2803 for $210 84 be d
cancell d, and the proceeds of same be distributed.

Hr J A. Findlay, Child Welfare officer, was
present and gave information re the Dorothy Howe case.
i4oved by Mr. Schmaltz that the Child Welfare Department be
advised that this Municipal District disclaims responsibility
for the maintenance of Dorothy Howe on the grounds that she
is the responsibility of the Village of Trochu, Alberta.

Liabilit Insurance be placed on the new "AD -4" Motois Grader

Secretary - Treasurer was instructed to prepare a
complete schedule of insurance policies for the next meeting.
Mr. F C.-Petersen was instructed to have Eave-
troughin put on the Three Hills shop.
Moved by Mr. Schmalke that Mr. Campbell represent
the Municipal District at the Junior Grain Club Banquet in
Trochu on Dec 6th; and that Mr Schmaltz do so at Acme on
Dec 7th Carried.
Mr G G King, Assistant Secretary - Treasurer,
submitte the pay - sheets, and it was moved by Mr Petersen
that sam be passed for payment Carried
Mr. F. C Petersen moved that the public works
statement submitted by Mr King be ac (-epted and approved Carried

z -Esat corner of Sec 20- 28 -25 -4 be cancelled Carried.
Mr. W D Gentleman met with the Council and
expresse his satisfaction for co- operation given him in his
work as field Supervisor.
Mr Schmaltz moved Council adjourn. Carried.
