Move by Mr. Ohlhauser that the requisition of the :r Health Unit for $579.36 for 1950 be accepted, and first two instalments on same be paid. '%arried. Moved by Mr. C. C. Campbell that the correspondence Carried. Mr G G King, Secretary, and Mr W D Gentleman, Field Supervisor, of the Agricultural Service Board, inter- viewed the Council and submitted the proposed program of A.S.B. a tivities for 1950 Moved by Mr J A Ohlhauser that the said program be approved, and that the Reeve and Secretary - Treasure be authorized to sign an agreement with the Provincial Departme t of Agriculture to provide the said program. Carried. A letter from the A.S.B was read, recommending that an Order of Reclamation be issued under the A.S.B. Act for the N.E. 4 oC Sec 16-32-26-4. Mr. J A. Ohlhauser moved that this letter b tabled until next meeting of the Council, and that Mr. E. E rman, owner of NE -16 -32 -264, be asked to attend and discuss is farming problems with the Council. Carried. ' Mr. Shea, Mr. Murray and Mr. Richardson interviewed the Council on the matter of cancellation of Sub - division No. 908 GA in SW- 36- 31 -24 -4, owned by Mr. Gus. Schmidt. i✓oved by Mr. Campbell that the Council approve the cancellation of Block 1, Plan 968 GA, together with streets and lanes and reserve !'A" Carried. Moved by Mr. Schmaltz that the Reeve and Secretary- Treasurer, be authorized to sign articles of agreements with the Depa tment of Public Works for a grant of $2,100.00 on the Olds Trochu road, to be earned under the usual 60 -40 basis. larried. I-loved by Mr J W Olson that William Fiesel of Three Hils be engaged to stucco the Three Hills shop for $300 00 abor costs, in accordance with his tender. Carried. Mr. i,,l. Schmaltz reported the need of a shed in Acme to house the "AD -4t1 motor - grader, and he moved that Mr. Parry and Mr. �hlhauser. be appointed a committee to investigate this mater farther Carried. Mr. H. Parry moved that the Three Hills shop be kept loc ed at all times when the crew is absent, and that this res lution be addressed to the employees-:: of the North camp. Carried. !Moved by Mr J. A. Obl.hauser that insurance on three D-3 engines, one TD -18 engine and one Chevrolet truck be renew ad in Dominion of Canada General Insurance Co. Carried. Mr Jensen, representative of Industrial and Road Equipment Limited, interviewed the Council regarding Adams motor graders. Mr G. G. King, Assistant Secretary- Treasurer, submitte the pay - sheets, and it was moved by Mr F C. Peter- sen that same be passed for payment. Carried. Mr. G. G. King also submitted a report of public works expenditures to date, and a record of tractor and patrol hours of work. :Moved by Mr J W Olson that same be adopted and appr ved. Carried.
