Ihlr Schmaltz moved that H J Cruikshank, Representative
of Richar'son Road Machinery Co. be requested to furnish a complete
statement of the culverts furnished in the deal with the Ivunicipal r�
District, in which the Dustin- I'lestern "77" 11otor grader was sold
to Mr Cr ikshank by the Municipal District
Mr. C. C. Campbell moved that the Village of Trochu be v
charged$ PO per hour rental for custom work done for the Village
by the "P.1 -99" Motor Grader Carried
Mr. C C Campbell moved that ti5m. Bierle, D Braidwood,
Village of Trochu, and Thos. Jones, be charged $p9.00 per hour for G
rental of Municipal tractor and implements, and that no account
be sent t C N R for work done on the road serving the Huxley
elevators. Carried.
Mr G. G. King presented the pay- sheets for approval,
and it wa moved by bIr Ohlha.user that the pay- sheets approved
and signe by the Councillors concerned be passed for payment.

and Shumiatcher re Miss Meta Scheunert be acknowledged, stating
that if application for assistance is received from miss Meta
Scheunert, same will be given consideration by the Council

be advis d that Miss May Stewart has been living in the M. D of
Red Deer for a number of years, and that this Council do not
consider her to be a responsibility of Kneehill 11 D Carried

urer be instructed to take up with the Dept of Public Health v
the matter of the irregular southern boundary of the Elnora

be given to the application of Mr Alex Holstein of Swalwell
for a License to operate a confectionery store in connection
with his garage business on the NE corner of Sec. 9- 30 -24 -4

Mr Ohlhauser moved that Mr Miller and !\Ir Torrance
be engag d to review and check the appeals received on the
assessme t in the area south of the "Correction Line" between
TovinshipE 30 and 31, that Mr. miller and 11r. C. J. Christie
be engag d to review and check the appeals received in the
area north of the "Correction Line "; and that those ratepayers
living S uth of the Correction line be advised to appear at
the Court of Revision on July 4th, 1946, and those ratepayers
who live north of the Correction Line be advised to appear
at the C urt of Revision on July 5th, 1946 Carried
The Reports of Mr. C. J. Christie respecting Pothers'
AllowanCE for Mrs. Diary Davis, I:4rs. Daisy Evans, Pars. Freda
Ensmingei and Pars Rose Nikolaus were given consideration, and
it was m ved by Mr. Petersen that the recommendations of P:;r
Christie be endorsed by the Council, viz.
1 That an allowance of $15.00 per month be continued J
for Mrs. Mary Davis
2. That the allowance paid to Airs Daisy Evans be
reduced from V30.00 per month to '615 00 per month
3. That the allowance of $20.00 per month which
has been paid in the past to Pars. Freda Ensminger be discontinued.
4 That an allowance of y�40.00 per month be continued
for Mrs. Rose Nikolaus Carried
Mr. Ohlhauser moved that ,heatland School Division be
advised that application has been made for a grant to assist in
the gray lling of the road between Section 4 -5 and 8- 9- 28 -24 -4
and that should grant be authorized, that this rood will be
gravelled. Carried.

Mr. Robert Sutherland and 11r. E. ri. Brown interviewed
the Council on the matter of the sale of SEI- 1- 30 -26 -4 and
NW-36-29-26-4 to l:ir Sutherland. After considerable discussion
it was m ved by Itr J. A. Ohlhauser that S`1- 1- 30 -26 -4 and
NV1 -36 -29 26 -4 be dold to Mr Sutherland for ��1, 605.00; and that
this sum be applied to the payment of taxes owing on the said
lands as at December 31st, 1944; and that the taxes levied, and
collecte in the years 1945 and 1946 be not affected by this
sale. C rried.

provide for the sale of SW-1-30-26-4 and N'W - 36- 29 -26 -4 to
